Cancellations 8 business days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of your deposit (MINUS $75 cancellation fee). Cancellations less than 7 business days will be non-refundable.
What is Soft Play?
PLAY REIMAGINED: An interactive, mobile "awe" zone that encourages motor skills, language and brain development by incorporating crawl space, soft play equipment, and climbing and exploration stations.
What is the
cancellation policy?
Cancellation 7 days or less before your event, your retainer is non-refundable.
Cancellation 8-14 days before your event, a $75 cancellation fee will apply and the remainder of your retainer will be refunded.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, your retainer will be refunded.

How do I book?
Submit and inquiry and review quote.
To proceed with booking, a 50% retainer, a signed contract and liability waiver will be required to secure your requested service and event date.
The remaining balance will be due within 5 days prior to your event. Failure to pay balance 5 days prior to the event may result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture of your deposit,
If the booking is less than 7 days prior to the event date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
How long is setup?
We arrive to setup 1-2 hours before your event. We may contact you to schedule an earlier or later delivery depending on how many events are scheduled for the day.
Can you EXTEND
RENTAL TIME?
Absolutely! Additional time can be added to any package for $50.00 per hour.

What is the policy FOR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT?
By agreeing to book with us, you are also agreeing to pay up to the full amount for damaged equipment, if beyond repair. It is the renter's responsibility to look after all items and ensure all rules are followed and all items are in the condition it was left it.
Additionally, a $150 fee may apply for playzones left severally unkept with balls outside of playzone, gates knocked down etc and/or stains or spills due to food, drinks, shoes or face paint.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Square payments?
Credit card payments are accepted through Square with a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
Is delivery
included in fee?
No. Delivery is additional and is billed per mile.
Delivery fees will be calculated after booking request is sent.
We will deliver and setup up rentals 1-2 hours before event time. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, lack of parking, etc.) please let us know prior to the event so that we may plan accordingly.
What is the weather policy?
If you are hosting an outdoor event, you assume all weather–related risks. If there is a 30% or higher chance of rain, event must be indoors or rescheduled.
However, if there is rain or inclement weather of any kind, Land of Awes Kids Co will work with you to move your event indoors. If a suitable, indoor option is not available, Land of Awes will rebook your event based on availability of our schedule.
Please note: Once Land of Awes has fully set up all equipment and your event time has started, a refund WILL NOT be issued.
Do you setup outdoors?
Of course, we setup both indoor and outdoor, weather permitting. We will not setup on uneven, bumpy ground to ensure the safety of our mini humans. We kindly ask that the ground is even, flat and clear of trash or debris.
We do not set up on sand or gravel.
In summer months and in very hot weather, play zones must be set up under a tent provided by the client.
Outdoor setups are charged additional $40 setup fee.
